Nooplo is operated by Marostone FZ-LLC, CWEP7223 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

1. Stop Nooplo's access to a social account

In the Nooplo app, disconnect the account. You can also remove Nooplo from Facebook (Settings & privacy › Settings › Security and login › Business Integrations) or from LinkedIn (Settings & Privacy › Data privacy › Permitted services).

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@nooplo.com from the address linked to your Nooplo account, with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us whether you want to delete:

• only the data received from Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (access tokens, account identifiers, statistics, comments received and our replies), or
• your whole Nooplo account, including your content and files.

Comments and our replies can also be erased from your space, with the button that clears the comments log (« Effacer le journal »).

3. What happens next

We confirm your request by email. Data received from Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn is deleted within 10 days. A full account deletion is completed within 30 days, except invoices and accounting records, which the law requires us to keep. We email you when it is done.

4. You commented on a post by one of our clients

Email hello@nooplo.com with the link to your comment. We pass your request on to the business concerned and help it answer you within 30 days. Without any request, the personal data of a comment is erased after ninety days.
